Looking at Curvy women = excitement from drinking beer

For millions of women fretting about their weight the news will be a huge relief, men prefer a curvier figure.

From recent research, the effect on the male brain of a shapely woman is, apparently, comparable with that of beer and brandy. Figures such as Beyonce's also light up the male brain in the same way as illegal drugs.

The caucasian, westernised female has somehow been duped into thinking men like very skinny, waify, Kate Moss-type girls (below). Curviness is the trump card.

Researchers in Georgia, in the U.S., scanned the brains of 14 young men as they looked at before and after pictures of nude women who had plastic surgery to give them more shapely hips and bottoms.

Seeing the post-operative shots excited the brain's 'reward centres' - regions more usually activated by drink and drugs.

High waist to hip ratios - or hourglass figures - proved particularly stimulating. this could be because wide hips have long been linked with good health - and the ability to carry healthy babies. Yes.."conservative thinking" (our granddad) believes this theory.

The moral from this research is simple

1) Look at curvy women when you want a beer (waste $ and health threatening)...

2) Why waste money to buy beer when curvy women give us the same excitement!!

3) I did not recommend this method to drug addicts because I believe they will R*** the curvy women after getting the excitement ;p

Beckham's home shopping at Lake Como

David and Victoria Beckham are said to be in negotiations to buy George Clooney's Italian villa home on the shore of Lake Como.

Beckham, who has been living in a hotel since joining AC Milan on loan in December, is disillusioned with members of the public and photographers hanging around outside.

The 30-room Villa Oleandra is just 39 miles from Milan - and Beckham is already well acquainted with it having stayed there with his wife as Clooney's guests last year.

Italian media reported that Beckham, 34, had told friends:

'I have fallen in love with the beautiful countryside. It's peaceful, quiet and near Milan. It would be great for the family.'

The Beckhams' friendship with Clooney has made them favourites to get the villa, which is on the market for £20million.

Clooney, 48, bought the villa( below) in the town of Laglio for £10million in 2002.

The Beckhams already own a £14million house in Beverly Hills (shown below) , where Mrs Beckham, 35, and their three children have lived during his loan from LA Galaxy.

They also own 'Beckingham Palace' (shown below) in Hertfordshire and a home in France.

Property prices around Laglio have shot up since Clooney bought the villa at Laglio on Lake Como and which has it's own private jetty into the water, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and beautifully manicured gardens.

Top 10 RICHEST couples by Forbes

David and Victoria Beckham earned £28million last year, according to financial bible Forbes. That's £76,700 every day of the year!!

But their income was enough for only fifth place (what the heck!) on the magazine's Hollywood Power Couple list - down from the third spot with £35million the previous year.

Contenders for first spot, Beyonce- Jay Z? Bradgelina? What do you think?

First place went to BeyoncĂ© and husband Jay-Z, who topped the magazine's list with £75m between them. BeyoncĂ© picked up the lion's share, earning £54million.

In second place were Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart aka Ally Mcbeal, who raked in £43m.All of that came from Ford reprising his role of Indiana Jones.

While Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie came in third with £34m. Pitt had one of the biggest hits of his career last year with The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button (TCCOBB), while Miss Jolie had a hit with 2008's Wanted. TCCOBB was a huge success while Wanted was....ermm...average....

Stephen Ireland loves Manchester United!!!

Footballer Stephen Ireland bought partner Jessica Lawlor a £260,000 Bentley for her birthday last October, decked out in the red and white colours of opponents Manchester United.(http://nettoboy.blogspot.com/2009/10/how-el-hadji-diouf-splash-his-wage-in.html)

But it seems he has had seconds thoughts already, and splashed out another £30,000 to have the GTC soft top touched up with a matt black bonnet and a new black roof.( that match the colours of Juventus....but that's ok)

The 23-year old Irish midfielder, who bought Jessica the car for her 24th birthday, earns £70,000 a week, but it seems he has more money than sense.

After all, it's not the first time he's had a car customised in his rival team colours. He initially did up his £97,000 Audi R8 in red and white, before spending £10,000 re-customising the luxury vehicle to City blue and white instead. One thing for sure, Ireland's favourite colours- red + white, but was FORCED to change to others because of club rivalries.

Ireland clocked up at least £8,000 in upgrade costs on Jessica's Bentley last October, which now proudly shares the driveway with his fleet of flamboyant motors at their £5m home in Cheshire.

" At least £1,000 was spent to change the Bentley's B winged insignia to Jessica's initals JL".

A further £5,000 went on modified bright red alloy wheels rims has Jessica's initials. Keeping my fingers cross- Stephen Ireland to Manchester United FC..That's not totally out of the bracket though..

Big @$$ = Healthy !!!!!!!

Attention to all the ladies out there.....Latest discoveries- Having a big bottom is good for your health - or at least better than having a big tummy (err..this is meant for the male).

Recent studies show that having a generous rear end and thighs, rather than a pot belly, cuts levels of 'bad' cholesterol and raises levels of the 'good' cholesterol that protect against hardening of the arteries.

It also cuts the risk of diabetes, a review in the International Journal of Obesity reports. The findings add to a welter of research on the benefits of having a pear-shaped body.

Think of any artist with big bottom?...hmm...she's none other than J Lo...Believe it or not, her bottom is her greatest asset..cos she bought lots of insurance for it..no kidding! Jennifer Lopez could live longer because fat around the thighs and backside is far healthier that that found on the abdomen

Fat around our thighs and hips is different to the fat we accumulate around our tummy.'There is "good" fat and "bad" fat - just like there is good and bad cholesterol.

Celebrities like Beyonce are healthier role models

'If you are overweight, obese, or if your waist size has increased, it is important to make changes to your lifestyle, such as eating a healthy diet and doing regular physical activity, to reduce your risk of heart health problems.'

BUT if your bottom size increased, stay calm...That's healthy!! Be proud to have a big @$$.

But one have think logically, big bottom like below doesn't count..That's bloody disgusting..ewwww

Folding 3D models using just one sheet of A4 paper..phewww

Artist Peter Callesen proves he is a cut above the rest with these dainty models made using glue, a scalpel - and just one sheet of A4 paper.

Peter, 41, cuts intricate patterns from a white sheet of paper and uses the cutout to fold breathtaking designs such as skeletons, insects and buildings. The precision work transforms a piece of paper worth only a few pence into a piece of art that sells for £2,800.

Each model takes up to two weeks to sketch, cut and fold.

If Peter makes a wrong cut or realises he is unable to achieve the fold he wanted he has to rethink his design and start the painstaking work again.Peter likes his models to tell a story and believes transforming a flat piece of paper into a three-dimension model is a 'magical process'.

Peter, from Copenhagen, Denmark, likes to use A4 paper in his work because people use it widely in the home and office and can easily relate to it.

'The thin white paper gives the paper sculptures a fragility which underlines the tragic and romantic theme of the works.'
